1, project investment analysis, daily cost calculation, provide design change cost proposal;

2, responsible for the design estimate, construction drawing budget, tender documents preparation, project quantity audit.

3, organize internal bidding implementation, cooperate with external bidding;

4. Drafting and managing contract documents, tracking and analyzing the execution of contracts, and reviewing relevant provisions.

5, project payment audit, settlement management, budget and final accounts report;

6. Change negotiation and handle claims.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above in building engineering, cost, budget and other related majors.

2. More than 2 years of relevant work experience, with the qualification of registered cost engineer;

3. Be proficient in the engineering cost management and cost control process in related fields, and understand the relevant regulations and policies.
